While adding your site, you need to choose a category first. The category list in the COLOR BLUE will be displayed under State Name and the other category in the COLOR BLACK will not be displayed under any State Name.

If you choose the category that is displayed under a State Name, you can further select a County and City Name. This facility is not available with the other category.

You can choose only a single category by clicking any one of the radio buttons seen in the left.
