It’s built with a structural steel frame and has an exterior that’s been described as sleek with clean lines and large windows. This is big important news because based on facts, most of the people watching this video right now are located in the United States. So yeah, we have to see it. For this video, I’m in Madrid, and the reason that I’m (00:27) here is to check out Teeny Living. They’re manufacturing their stylish modular homes about 40 minutes south of the city, and they will be sending them to the United States. In fact, they’ve got some there now. I could have gone to see those. However, I figured why not come to the source because they’ve got something over here that really captures what all they’re capable of, and I think that’s a great place to start. (00:51) So, let’s go check it out. This is the Teeny 4M. But I’m going to tell you right up front, there is nothing teeny about this home. What we’re looking at here is made up of four modules. It’s got three bedrooms. It’s got two bathrooms in a footprint right around 1,500 square ft. I think it’s 144 square meters. And what a perfect opportunity to not only show you a very cool home, but tell you what exactly is going to be available in the (01:23) States. So, let’s get started. A standout feature on this home and something that is found across all of their models is the floor toseeiling windows. If you’ve ever heard the term indooroutdoor living, this is what they’re talking about. So anywhere you see a window this size on the Tini 4M, it opens up. And at that point, you can walk in, you can walk out, inside becomes outside, outside becomes inside. (01:54) You don’t know what’s what anymore. As far as the exterior cladding goes on this one, they’ve got a composite. This is concrete and wood composite. However, they will also be offering Corten steel. They’ve got wood in a couple different versions. They’ve got galvanized steel. And yeah, I think that’s it. Let’s continue. I forgot to own a drone and it’s kind of hard to tell without one, but the home layout kind of takes the (02:24) shape of my favorite Jenga piece. So, you’ve got two modules over there and then it kind of steps in and you’ve got two more over on this side. This half of the home is the bedrooms and bathrooms. This half is the living room and kitchen. If you look up, you will notice the structural steel frame. As I mentioned, everything from Tini is built with a structural steel frame. You can see the steel running the top. (02:48) You can see it on this corner and you will see it throughout the rest of the home. I like how they’ve got a couple different elements here. So, you’ve got the wood by the entrance. You’ve got the black steel. and then whatever exterior cladding you want to put on the home kind of gives it a really cool look. Let’s go check this thing out. Welcome inside the Tini 4M. Now, the first thing you might notice, I don’t know what you (03:15) noticed, maybe let me know in the comments, but the first thing I noticed is there are a couple different finishings on the walls. So, you’ve got the pine on some walls, you’ve got the drywall on others. You could do the entire thing pine, you could do the entire thing drywall. They’ve got a little bit of both here. I think probably because one, it looks cool and two, this was being used as a model home up until the point that somebody bought (03:40) it. So, that basically explains that. As I mentioned, this is the 4M. Honestly, I was expecting to sink into this a little bit further, but is it the only 4M? No. No, it is not. The way they’ve kind of set this thing up is the four refers to the amount of modules and the M refers to the size and what you do with those kind of depends on the lot. So, this is a spot that has a big important view out the front. (04:08) So, it makes sense to go wider and that way you can have more glass on the front to take in those views that I’m looking at right now, which are quite nice. However, if you had a lot that doesn’t have such big important views out one side, you could take the four modules and put them in more of a square and end up with a completely different layout. So, the way this one goes in front of me, I’m looking at the study. (04:30) Beyond that, we’ve got bedrooms and bathrooms. Behind me, you can already see the dining room and kitchen. Let’s go back there and just see what it’s all about. I’ve been trying to figure out what I like about the feel of this home, and I think I’m finally able to put my finger on it. Pun intended. If you look at these cabinet doors, there is no hardware on any of them. The drawer is no hardware, the doors, no hardware, and it’s kind of a (04:57) simplistic elegance that runs throughout the entire home. Nothing’s overdone, but it’s all very feels luxurious. I don’t know if that makes sense, but I think that’s what I’m feeling and I like it. If we look at this kitchen here, we have got bunch of cabinets down below. So, you got the cabinet under the sink. You’ve got the oven here. Cook top with three burners here. Five cabinet doors up above. (05:22) And of course, we have got the fridge with the matching door there. Freezer down below. And a huge peninsula that comes out from this wall with a spot underneath for two bar stools there. And then over here we’ve got two sets of doors with three shelves each. So, lots of storage in this kitchen without a doubt. The kitchen is open to the dining room. Above the table, they’ve got this really cool light fixture. And of course, we’ve got the corner of windows letting in a ton (05:57) of natural light and allowing those in the dining room to enjoy views out the side and the front of the home. From here, we got to check out the bedrooms. Before we get to the bedrooms, we’re passing through what has been described to me as the study. So, we’ve got this long built-in desk right here, as well as a full wall of shelving. So, for anyone that works from home, big old workstation right here with a window to (06:24) look out at the view, as well as the sliding glass door to let in a bit of a breeze. They’ve got the fireplace right here as well. This is wood burning, and I should direct your attention down. So, what I’m standing on is an oak floor, but as I go through the rest of the home, you’ll notice there are two other floor types in here as well. So, we’ve got cork in the bedrooms and ceramic tile in the bathrooms. (06:47) You could go ceramic tile all the way through the home. So, if you want to have in flooror heat, that would be a good option to do it all the way through. Directly in front of me is bedroom number one. This is bedroom one. I hope you like it. One of the things that I really like about this bedroom and all the bedrooms in this model is each one of them has its own temperature control. So, I run hot at night. I want to be cool. (07:11) So, if I was staying in this bedroom, I would lower the temperature of my bedroom. But if someone else in the family runs cool and wants to keep their bedroom warmer, that’s their business. What they do in their bedroom is totally their business. I’m talking about temperatures. Okay. Now, other things to talk about here. We’ve got the window floor to ceiling, of course, that opens. They’ve got the full wall of built-in storage over (07:39) there. And I thought this was kind of cool as far as window coverings go. This is just on a slider. So, you slide it over if you want to cover it and you slide it back if you want to let in the natural light. Let’s continue. Between bedrooms 1 and two, we have got the bathroom. I know it’s going to come up in the comments, so I’m going to mention it now. There is no privacy on this window. That’s right. However, this home is on a very secluded (08:08) property, so there’s not going to be anyone walking around looking in the windows. You’d hope anyway. So, what we’ve got here is a walk-in shower. You’ve got the rainfall head up above, a place to put your shampoo there, and the removable down below. We have got the toilet there. And finally, the vanity with two drawers down below and a back lit mirror. Pretty nice. A lot of times I’ve noticed in three-bedroom homes, (08:37) usually bedroom 1 and two are about the same and then bedroom 3 is by far the best, but this is a little different. So, bedroom one is the smallest with the smallest window. Bedroom two has a full wall of windows and is a little bit bigger. and then we will get to the third bedroom. But out of the three, this is significantly better than bedroom 1. I would say it still is the built-in storage, but it’s the size and (09:04) the window that for me take it to another level. So, yeah, as usual, bedroom 3 is by far the best bedroom. Not only is it the biggest, but it’s also got the sliding glass door with a direct shot to the swimming pool. So, you could wake up, go out the door, probably run and jump within five steps if you’re moving, and be in the pool, which that sounds pretty nice to me. It’s also got the on suite. (09:32) So, let’s check that out. Here it is, the on suite. You’ve got your toilet, you’ve got your sink, you’ve got your shower, and of course, you’ve got the view. Because this is such a cool home, I’ve decided I’m going to do a full walk through real quick, just so people can get an idea of the flow. All right, here we go. The Teeny 4M. Again, 1,500 square ft, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and almost everything in here is standard. (09:58) I think the only upgrade is the fl fireplace which we’re looking at right here. Now, I don’t know. It looks like that’s flashing in the video, but if I look outside the video, that light is not flashing. So, I don’t know what’s going on there. In the living room, you have got this wall right here, which is going to be perfect for a television. And you’ve got the door out to the pool there. (10:24) And we come around into the dining room. Again, you’ve got the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors taking in the view over here. As I come around, we will get the first look at the kitchen. There’s the peninsula that I was telling you about. Look at the size of that thing. So, you’ve got storage running the entire other side there. So, that’s going to be a perfect spot for all your kitchen appliances. Air fryer, blender, you know what they are, stuff like that. (10:58) All right, you’ve got a lot of counter space. If you like to cook, do it over there. Now, heading this way, you got the fireplace. I don’t know what to call this space. It’s kind of just an access out to this door. And look at that straight shot for a cannonball right there before coming into this workspace slashoff on my right. Bedroom one with the cork floor. Middle door. Bathroom. Check out that towel holder right there. (11:34) Or towel warmer, I should say. Something they do over here in Europe that I am quite fond of. You don’t see it as much in North America, but I think we should. At the end of the home, you’ve got the main bedroom. Again, corner window, sliding glass door, and it just occurred to me that people are going to want to see inside these built-ins. Oo, look at that. When you open it, a light comes on. So, you’ve got one there and a double door (12:06) here. The only downside of this bedroom is it has less storage than the other two. Every other metric it wins on except for the amount of clothing. So, if you’ve got a lot of clothing, you might want to stick to either bedroom one or two. Here’s a look at the ensuite. You got the rainfall head, windows out to the pool, and sink. Finally, toilet over there. All in all, this is a very cool home. And yeah, let’s get into the pricing. (12:42) Here’s a look at the floor plan. And while you look at that, let me tell you a little bit about how this US expansion is going to roll out. Phase one, they’re going to start with their single module homes to get their feet wet in the market. That’s underway now with their first homes already on the ground. Phase two will start with a pilot project where they’ll build a home similar to what you saw today, likely in Los (13:05) Angeles, before fully opening orders for their larger homes up to everyone. That way, they’ll have one under their belt and will have full understanding of the process. There you have it, folks. The Tiny 4M from Teeny Living, who are making their way into the US market. They’ve actually got some builds on the ground as we speak. So, I’m kind of actually a little bit late to the party, but uh yeah, I’m doing my best.
